Since 2021, Sweden Fairs AB has been organizing Saco Student Fairs in Sweden on behalf of Saco. The fairs are mainly held in Stockholm and Malmö, but the company has also organized some digital events for students.
Sweden Fairs has been a client of Azets since spring 2021. We spoke with project manager Sandra Wahlgren at Sweden Fairs AB about how our collaboration is progressing.
Why did you choose to get help from Azets?
We chose Azets' outsourcing solution right when we started the company. Before we were established, Saco managed our fair work themselves, and their internal finance department handled everything regarding accounting. When we took over the task, all the financial work fell on me, and it was simply too much for one person to handle, especially someone lacking experience in accounting. The decision to choose Azets was easy, as our parent company in Norway has a partnership with Azets Norway that they are satisfied with.

What does Azets assist you with?
We receive assistance with bookkeeping, quarterly and annual financial statements, and all types of reporting. We quickly realized that we didn't have the expertise to handle payroll for our temporary staff ourselves, so Azets also helps us with payroll administration. I handle the invoicing for the company myself, but when things get complicated, Azets is always there to step in and help or provide advice.
What do you think about the collaboration?
I'm very satisfied with Azets! We wouldn't have been able to handle all of this within the accounting on our own. Azets has provided me with training in the systems I need to use in my work, and ensures that our company's bookkeeping is done correctly. The collaboration with Azets has been a fundamental prerequisite for our operations to function.
I also think that my current contact person at Azets is great. We get along very well, and she is an incredibly valuable support. If something out of the ordinary arises, she always finds out how to resolve it. I feel very secure with her.
Would you recommend others to work with Azets?
I would absolutely recommend others to collaborate with Azets. I am retiring soon, and I will make sure that the collaboration continues through my replacement.
